Office Staff

Office staff will contact the funeral home for the family and assist in arrangements of funeral service.

Counselors

A counselor will assist the family in verifying the location and ownership of the interment space and assist the family in making cremation, interment and inurnment decisions.

Groundskeepers

Groundskeepers will carefully prepare the garden burial, crypt, or niche space for interment (this includes the layout and opening of the interment space and, if selected, preparation of the interment space for a grave side service or chapel service, as well as placement of vault into ground if it is a ground burial).

Cemetery Staff

Cemetery staff will escort family and friends to the interment space.

Burial Staff

Burial staff will professionally handle all aspects of interment of the deceased into specified garden burial, crypt or niche space (including providing lowering or lift device).

Under groundskeeper supervision, they will also close the garden burial, crypt, or niche space to complete the interment (including filling garden burial space, or replacing crypt or niche front, re-arranging flowers, replacing memorial marker after the grave space has been restored, if purchased already, and general clean-up after funeral service).
